Claimant says:
"When South Central Judicial District judges Donald Jorgensen & David E. Reich overstepped there bounds, violated my rights and that of my children, the judges above them completely FAILED to hold them accountable. I took my claim and info including material evidence to the North Dakota Supreme Court of Appeals and they merely added to the ever growing civil conspiracy against my children and I. I went to judge Gail Hagerty with all material evidence and Facts! She ignored it!! The Clerk of the supreme court of appeals , which I have an audio/ video recording of, states she would not file my paperwork! This is a complete Obstruction of Justice! Violations of my rights! Is clearly Unconstitutional!! And yet these judges take a Sworn Oath to UPHOLD the Constitution!!
Chief Justice Gerald VandeWalle, Daniel Crothers, Dale Sandstorm, Carol Ronning Kapsner, Lisa Fair McEvers. State Court Administrator, Sally Holewa, accepted an illegal command from Judge David E Reich, to unjustly and unconstitutionally BAR me from filing in ANY district court in North Dakota!!!! So that I could not file Against him the Summons and Claim that was served upon him! Even trial court administrator, Donna Wonderlich, for in on the action aiding this growing conspiracy against my rights! Including the judges clerks being commanded to aid in this! To this day, they will NOT allow me my Constitutional rights to access the court! Much less a fair & impartial court!"
