"Network Solutions provides NO WAY TO CANCEL SERVICES. I want to cancel ALLmy NetSol services as of Sept 1, 2019. I tried to cancel on line on their webste all Autopay , but they are still charging me. So i cancelled payment method, Paypal. But now they still send "unpaid order" messages. I am expecting they will put it in collections soon. But i am not using their services and i want it cancelled. I tried their tech chat twice and they cut me off when i said "cancel services.
When i called their 24\7 phone number, it said call back later. I have emailed but no response from them . This is FRAUD. internet companies need to get their act together, if a customer wants to shut off service, then they need to goddamn shut off service . Earthlink and Verizon both did this to me until i sued. Is it because i am an elderly woman they think i willl tolerate financial abuse or too dumb to sue them."

  • I did not set up recurring; I specifically did it by PayPal so I could cancel. They hacked my paypal to get my 2 card #'s, 2 cards now Ive had to cancel. Theres a third card they can get... we'll see. Network solutions will not cancel services, they will hack your cards to keep charging you when you don't want to continue subscriptions.
