Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"January 2017 contacted Frontier Communications to upgrade our internet speed.  They offered to put our company on a two year billing program, decreasing our phone bill to approx. $442 plus taxes.  We had two appointments with technicians but no one ever showed up.  Our January phone bill came and there was a $200 up charge on the bill.  Inquired Feb.2, Feb. 3, Feb 7.,  No one returned our calls so we felt the next bill would show a credit.  February bill had same increase, called a number of individuals (have their names and extensions) but no one could explain the increase.  Since they did not return our calls nor did their technicians show up we transfered our service to a new company.  Have been advised that since we owe the extra up charge  they cannot correct the billing because we did not get on the two year plan.   A supervisor, Nathan, advised that our initial contact and request for the two year intended  plan was not entered correctly (some computer glitch).  It was a glitch on their part.  They will not adjust our bill increases, we are willing to pay the same rate we paid for the last few months, but feel we do not owe an additional $400 from the two billings.
