Claimant says:
"On May 12th of 2023..Lamon, Jr. ordered a 200cc CLASH 4 stroke EFI gas moped scooter FULLY ASSEMBLY: Color-Red (Vitacci Clash 200CC) from saferwholesale.com for $2,500...
They said it would take 4 to 5 weeks to be delivered....it arrived May 22nd of 2023 Damaged; Handle Bars broke, Fairings(shell that goes over the motorcycle frame)broke & cracked around the handle bars and down the front, Wires Cut & Damaged and The SADDLEBAG/TRUNK cracked, Scooter wouldn't Crank(start).

May 22nd-23rd of 2023 Lamon,Jr. filed a report stating the damage and problems with the BIKE(Scooter)
They said i had to pay for the damages and that they will send out parts

they sent an email saying give them 7to10 business days to receive a tracking number/information towards the parts they say they was sending out....it is now June 18th of 2023 and i have no parts and no working Scooter that i paid full price for"

  • We are well aware of the issues Lamon is having with the scooter and already have the parts needed on order with the manufacturer at no cost to Lamon. I know it is taking longer than either of us would like since the parts had to be special ordered and we certainly apologize for the wait. We will continue to work with Lamon until the issues are resolved.
