Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"We sold our house and moved in July of last year. We called all of our utilities and cancelled their services before the 9th of July 2016. Frontier Communications says we didn't call until january of 2017. When we get a bill my wife pays them, and did so until October resulting in an over payment of $515.35. We called and were told that it would take 12 wk to get a refund. We are continuing to get bills so Frontier Communication's records are poor. Today we where told, basically tuff and the bill we are receiving is for the final bill. it did not say that it says new charges. I want my money refunded! and to stop getting bills from them."
