Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"In January this year I was signed up for an annual Instacart membership without my consent. After disputing the charge on February 15th, the membership was cancelled by Instacart and I was told a refund had been issued. However, no refund has been issued and Instacart refuses to provide proof of said refund.

I have spoken with at least 7 different individuals with customer service, all of whom have told me a different explanation about the status of the refund. As soon as I ask for proof and a transaction receipt for the refund I am ignored and disconnected by support.

I was incorrectly refunded an amount of $11.33 on February 25th but the original charge was for $104.45. The individual who refunded this told me an amount of $93.12 was already refunded on February 15th but no such refund has been received. I challenge Instacart to provide full proof of the refund that they are claiming was issued on February 15th and to correctly refund the full amount."
