Claimant says:
"on august 28 2010 I had taken my kia sorrento in for service at west chester kia to have my oil changed which is covered under my service plan, when I checked the car in I was asked if I whould like to have my cars 15,000 mile service done only to find out it was not covered under my service and it would cost an addional $198.00 for this service which consist of an oil change air filter and tire rotation which should be covered under my service agreement. told them no and wanted to cancel my service agreement and they told me they just dont do that. This was not a very good reason for not to do what I requested. On that date it was with the general maneger. I had also wanted to cancel my extended warrenty they told me I could but I have no conformation of the cancelation of the warrenty as yet. my complaint is the service is not what it seemed to be. I only have the bill of sale for the sevice and warrenty agreement and the amount of cost for these services."
