Claimant says:
"Macy American Express account they had over charged me for $169.09 and under the transactions: is REGULAR doesn't even have clear description for this unknown charges was made on 2-3-17; I made several requests to Macy American Express asked them sent me for this charge ($169.09) statement which they did they sent me the statement from (6-16 to 4-17) all the statements it had all been paid for & some charges not even from Macy. I had been spoken to at least 3 representatives of Macy American Express but never got resolved & on 4-19-17 I also asked my lawyer to call but each representatives they can't answer the questions to my lawyer was requested they all hang up on him. Now Macy American Express they just raised up this unknown charges to $337.85 & turn me to collection agent; this is outrageous and there must be a lot of victums like me. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
