Claimant says:
"Called Stan with Affordable Concrete many times to fix the access cap to my sewer that was concreted over. He told me many times he would come fix it but he never shows up. I want the cap to my sewer access opened and I want to verify that the pipe they broke while breaking up my driveway is really fixed and that there really is access to my sewer. When they first started the project I made it very clear that they were to be very careful with the sewer access. When I came home for lunch, the first thing I noticed was the pipe to my sewer access was broken. They said they fixed it but I couldn't verify until the driveway was dry. When driveway was dry, the access cap was sealed in the concrete so we could not open the cap to get to the pipe. They also left a pile of blocks of concrete and trash in front of mine and my neighbors house blocking the mail box for several weeks. Both my neighbor and I called him several times to come pick up. He would give us times he would be there and not show up. Finally he did show so I left work to ask him about the sewer access. He told me he would come back the next day to fix it and never showed up. I called him several times after that with the same song and dance, "I will be there tomorrow" but never showed. Then when I called him the final time, he told me to have the City Sewer fix it. Very unprofessional."
