Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"For the past several months I have been inundated with several incoming calls to my telephone numbers, emails, and texts from who I have reason to believe is Daymond John and/or representatives of Daymond John. I have sent to Daymond John cease and desist letters prior but I still continue seeing the calls, emails, and texts. Most recently over the past couple of months my computer has been hacked into which I have reason to believe that Daymond John has either participated in and/or hired persons to do. I have reported these activities to various Law Enforcement."

Respondent's Counteroffer Hide
The claimant's settlement terms were rejected with the following explanation:
  • I do not know this party or incident

"On behalf of Mr. John, I post to inform you that neither Mr. John nor any of his representatives are familiar with you or your company. I assure you that nobody has reached out to you by phone, text or email on Mr. John's behalf. In addition, no cease and desist letters have ever been received from you as you purport. Your statement that you have reason to believe that Mr. John or his representatives have participated in and/or hired persons to hack your computer is absolutely preposterous and absurd. Please refrain from making such libelous and outlandish statements in the future. This is clearly an extortion attempt against a public figure. Any future defamatory statements will be dealt with accordingly. "

This claim will remain posted until resolved.
