Claimant's opinion: I have reason to believe that Daymond John has either participated and/or hired persons to hack into my personal computer. I have listings of IP addresses that illegally obtained access to my computer of which I have turned over to law enforcement.
Claimant's opinion: I have been inundated with several harassing telephone calls, emails, and texts that I have reason to believe are from Daymond John and/or persons hired by Daymond John.
It seems strange that the telephone number that is listed for his business has same last 4 numbers as my business phone number. My business telephone number has been established for several years.
I also allege perhaps Harassment, Stalking, and Violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
Text Received 12/5/19
Exhibit 1
Exhibit 2
"On behalf of Mr. John, I post to inform you that neither Mr. John nor any of his representatives are familiar with you or your company. I assure you that nobody has reached out to you by phone, text or email on Mr. John's behalf. In addition, no cease and desist letters have ever been received from you as you purport. Your statement that you have reason to believe that Mr. John or his representatives have participated in and/or hired persons to hack your computer is absolutely preposterous and absurd. Please refrain from making such libelous and outlandish statements in the future. This is clearly an extortion attempt against a public figure. Any future defamatory statements will be dealt with accordingly. "
This claim will remain posted until resolved.
What you're alleging is quite serious, particularly the hacking. Daymond John is wealthy and influential - why would he be doing any of what you allege? What would he have to gain? I am concerned that you could get yourself into trouble if you don't have substantial proof for this, and I must beg you to be careful.
I could well be wrong, but it seems far more likely that you're being targeted by scammers. Scammers make up various lists and share pitches. So, for instance, they might be telling you that you've been awarded a grant or scholarship for wealth seminar, or that he wants to invest in you - and all you have to do is X.
Scammers notoriously use "spoofed" numbers and if they're smart, they make the number that will show on Caller ID match the scam. I could well believe that someone using Daymond John as the hook for a scam would make it look as if they were dialing from a number similar to - or even the same as - his. I had a call "from" a very well-known charity (that is what came up on Caller ID) and it was in fact a scammer.
Email can also be manipulated. Ask your email provider to help you identify the real senders. Block spam emails, calls, and texts. Get good a good cleaning and virus/threat protection for your computer, and keep it updated.
What did law enforcement say when you filed complaints with them?

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
