"TracFone shut down my number which I have had for a number of years. They were to turn it back on and send me a new sim card. Three different times. That phone number is on a million resumes on the internet and everyplace else. I DO NOT HAVE A JOB. I DO NOT HAVE FOOD. NOW they say there is no such number and they cannot do anything. I have called them repeatedly. Wasting more time and money. Try to call them and of course they use up as much time as they can and do nothing but apologize for the inconvenience. They are bunch of stupid ignorant foreigners that this country believes should be doing these jobs. what do i do????? I DEMAND COMPENSATION FROM THIS COMPANY. I may have missed calls that I sent out that number two days before they shut it down. ALso what about the minutes time I have on that number which they say is gone. I paid for that time too but more important I am screwed not having that phone number in service. Because I live in a car it is the only number I have on resumes. WILL the GOVERNMENT respond and get me compensation from tracfone. ... There were more than 400 minutes on the phone. The fact that I am unemployed and do not have food is more important. GOVERNMENT????????? WHERE IS THE HELP YOU PROMISED????????? Can PeopleClaim Help. I never heard of you before but I am irate over this. Please advise."
