Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am being harassed by Six Flags Collection Department. A Six Flags staff member called my cell phone today 2/15/17 telling me I would NOT be compensated for the money withdrawn from my account every month, despite the fact i sent 3 emails in THERE customer portal to cancel service. I sent 3 requests using my unique customer conformation code asking them to cancel my membership.She was very rude and confrontational. I explained to her that I became a six flags member over 2 years ago around August 3 2015. I used my membership card 3 days total since 2015 which did not even work ( meaning I did not even receive any of the discounts assoiciated with the member card in the first place) . 3 days total usage of membership is under 75$ and i've paid double if not triple that amount over a span of 2 plus years. Their terms and conditions state that only a one year contract is needed, after that point you can cancel. they ignored my requests and are now demanding $23.21. There is no way to contact them! What do do i do?

I forgot the most important point, which is I have been un-able to log into my account. Your membership cancellation portal WILL NOT allow me to cancel my membership. It doesnt recognize my conformation number OR my email. I explained all of this months ago. The collection representative that called me today said the reason I am still being billed is because " I didnt use my conformation code in the cancelation portal". Your rep told me "youre just gonna have to deal with it". This is unfair and I want my money back since I sent the emails asking for help in logging in to cancel my membership last fall 2016!How can youn ignore emails asking for help than accuse a customer of being at fault. My members card didnt even work when I visited the park, so this has been a problem for over 2 years"
