Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"This company is stating that I have and account with them that was opened in 10/2007 and I was just made aware of it around 8/2015. I have filed a fraud claim with them all three credit agencies and the local police department. After several months of being harassed by this company with their collection attempts I am at my witts ends. They are refusing to remove this account off my record and they keep reporting every few days positive and negative info as well. I just spoke with the fraud supervisor Jason who states that because they are basing their info on the fact that they have my email and home address that this account is valid. I informed them that that in info was public record and anyone could obtain said info. and that the information that they have provided to me about this account has been wrong. They even had me noted as deceased in 2009. They have failed to provide any concrete proof that this account was opened by myself. And the only contact that I 've had with them has been since I found this account reporting on my credit report last year. They have treated me like a criminal over this issue and I am clearly the victim in this case. I really would like them to remove this info off my credit reports so that I can move on with my life. I am tired of being called, emailed every few days along with their monthly statements and the every few days updates to the credit reporting agencies which is negatively effecting me. I am also attaching copies of the police report and the letter I last received from them which they are now saying was sent in error."
