"I saw a convincing ad for wrinkle prevention, skin care, etc. and I purchased the eye cream and facial cream. I tried it and it was okay but I didn't want a refill every month. I called them and asked if I could just buy it as needed and they said ok. A month later they sent me another jar of cream and charged my account. Now I can't find the number I used to call them and there is no way to contact them online. I'm reading horrible reviews about this company, always the same complaint, the same pattern. I want to put a stop to this but I can't. I don't want this product anymore. Please help me.

  • You are almost the thousandth people who wrote to us to complain the same situation. Please don't waste your time fighting with wrong target rather than trying to find out the really company who charged your credit card. I don't think it is that difficult with the help of your bank!!!

  • I am also trying to discontinue delivery of their vinetics skin cream and have been unsuccessful.
