Claimant says:
"I called Rosland Capitol on October 25, 2013 and talked to Alex Baik. I told him I was interested in buying some gold. He suggested I buy 10 $10 Liberty AU gold coins for $$12,273. Alex called me four times after that I told him I was putting my trust in him and ended up investing a total of $83,413. Since then I called him numerous times and heard his voice message say he would call back as he was busy. I even talked to the receptionist twice and she said she would have him call which never happened. I sent him a certified letter on August 23rd, 2016 and he still hasn't signed for it. About 6 months ago, when the gold prices were a little higher, I talked to Nick at Rosland Capitol and he went through the value of the gold coins Alex sold me and they were worth about half of what I paid for them. No one should be treated this way."
