Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I bought a vehicle from Rohrich Cadillac. A 2014 Cadillac. certified preowned as new. I purchased the vehicle. the first time I took the car back the windshield was damaged. the second time it was a damaged wheel. Third time a damaged steering wheel. numerous recalls on safety equipment, such as seat belts. Cadillac states that certified new is better than a new care warranty. I bought the warranty I took car in for service the car was returned to me damaged. The hood was not chipped when I sent the car in for service, Jim Schwartz stated the scratches would be repaired on vehicle. I get the vehicle back and he said the repairs would be completed and they were not. I called Cadillac customer service, I spoke to a woman named Kim, she left me a voicemail stating that all repairs were complete and they told her I was happy with the service. I never spoke to this woman. all she would do Is leave me voicemails. I tried to reach out and make a connection to resolve problem she calls and leaves messages that my repairs are complete and that I was happy. I was not happy. whomever amy brown is I don't know her she said she made several attempts to contact me which she never did. Mr. Schwartz stated repairs would be taken care of. he stated to me that they were not going to fix anything per the owner Mr Schwartz stated it's just a used care deal with it. so why does Cadillac sell the warranty on the vehicle that do not honor. I called Rohrich I explained the steering went out on the car I was told I was liar, car went in for service apparently there was something wrong with the steering. the rack in pion needed to be replaced on the steering. the vehicle was supposed to have a 172 point check up on vehicle asked for documentation. documentation was altered from original apparently someone from Cadillac Rohrich scratched out original numbers with black marker. filled it in with a pencil or ink pen they dated it with their lable and stamp I feel that the vehicle is unsafe. I reached out to Cadillac general motors in Detroit. I reached out the Mr. Rohrich and Mr. Schwartz all I am getting is the run around. if Cadillac is not going to honor the warranty they shouldn't sell it with the car, if they do the dealers need to follow through on what they sell. to me that is smoking mirrors and deception to the public. I will never return to Rohrich Cadillac for nothing."
