Claimant says:
"Rick and his son were called to my residence on 5-28-14 for repairing my freezer in home. they two spent approx. 2 hours in repair of which they replaced a cycling switch and added 2.2 ozs of Freon. System checked out ok and I paid them 300.00 by check for repair. they cashed the check the next day.
The nest day the warning light and buzzer came on and I called Rick to inform him of problem to which he made analysis on phone that it was defroster cycle that had kicked in and it would cycle through and light and buzzer would go off. This did not happen and I called him back several times the same evening and he would answer my call. Meanwhile I have approx $600 of food that is thawing and ruining with no remedy but to destroy. To this date and I have not been successful and getting him to return call and revisiting my location. I want this problem corrected and reimbursement for ruined food.
