"I am very unhappy and disappointed with The Patio Door Repair because they came out to my home well over a year ago and gave me estimate for repairs to be done and was given a check for $ 634 on July 9, 2015 to start repairs and the other half to be paid when job was completed. Jay the owner sent his 2 sons out to do repair and when they came out they did not have all the things to do the job they said so they made appointment to come back which they did and they came back to start job again which i have submitted pictures of and they did not have the correct wood and started and was called away on an emergency from the job they were to be doing in my home. That was the last time i seen them. Have been repeatedly calling, emailing, texting and leaving messages on Jays phone with no return calls, reply or anything. Why would they take advantage of me and my son who I explained to them had just came home from Marines being injured and was healing and we needed his room completed. Can someone please help us to get our money back from The Patio Door Repair Co?"
