Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I had purchased clothing online from FashionMia.com back in March 2016, 2 orders, #B1217100 and #B1226493, total value $700. Over the next 2 months, part of the order was shipped, one or 2 items at the time. The biggest part of the items came in the wrong size, were of very poor quality, so I had contacted the company by e-mail, for returning them and also for canceling the rest of the order; I was given a claim number for each order, #113130 and #113131 and an address in China, so I shipped the items with USPS, total cost $134.40.
2 months later, the package comes back, as unclaimed at the destination - so I e-mailed again the company, asking to get in touch with the costumer rep that gave me the return details and I was told she had a 7 days leave, so I waited a week and e-mailed them again, trying to get in touch with the person and I was told again that she wasn't available, having a 7 day leave, so I told the story to a different customer rep and I was given a different address for the return of the merchandise, this time in the US, : 14243 Don Julian Road, City of Industry, CA91746, so I mailed the merchandise again, cost $55.27, I e-mailed them the tracking # of the package and I waited for the refund of the money, as promised. After awhile, seeing that no refund was made, I e-mailed the company again, trying to get in touch with the costumer rep from the US ( I was told again that that person also requested a 7 days leave ) and I was asked to resend them the lists of the returned merchandise, the tracking # of the package and all the details, which I did and waited again for the refund that never came. I kept on trying to contact the company multiple times and every time they came up with a different excuse - people on 7 day leave, no computer records due to computer bug, etc. I have kept all their e-mails, showing all their fraudulent excuses."
