"In November of 2016 I was contacted by Elite Marketing of Chicago offering to purchase our Unlimited Vacation Club Membership for $35,800.00. After speaking with my wife we agreed to sell this to Elite Marketing and they told us that all we needed to pay was $3850.00 to pay for the taxes and filing fees. We paid that and were told our money would be sent to an escrow company called IES (International Escrow Services) and a man named Matt Reynolds called us to inform us that he would be handling this for us back in November of 2016.

Since then we haven't heard anything from Matt Reynolds, even after calling numerous times for this person. Every time we were told he wasn't available. We left numerous messages for him to call us back and not once did he call us back. Every time we made a payment to Mexico, they wanted another. It was always a different person each time they wanted another payment. Angela Cummings we dealt with on the first and second payment. Then I asked for Angela's supervisor and they put a guy named Mike Wilson on who promised me that he would take care of this situation for us and yet again another fee was due.

After I paid that fee another fee was due and I was getting another new guy on the phone promising me that he would get to the bottom of it and that everyone else I delt with would be getting written up for how they treated me. The last guy I dealt with was Mark Macias who kept calling us everyday for 2 weeks straight apologizing for how everybody in his office had screwed up and how they have never dealt with Mexico before and that if I made these payments he would stay with us for the whole end of this until we got our money which now had been guaranteed up to $57,000 because of all the extra payments I've been making and how they would reimburse us.

After I paid over $20,000 in fees I get a call from Mark telling me that the guy that was buying our United Vacation Club package went bankrupt. He told me don't fear we have another buyer and because that guy went bankrupt I would be getting half of what he promised me and all the money I paid for the other fees I would get back and he would use that for credit towards the new one. Well a whole week passed by and I finally called him and asked him what was going on and he told me that I had to pay all these new fees again before I could get the other money and I had a few Choice words for him.

We aren't paying another dime. I want to sue these losers for taking advantage of us. Please let me know what we have to do in order to resolve this issue. We have several letters of guarantee from this company and there word is garbage. I have all the emails and voicemails from this company saved so let's get this ball rolling please. It seems they have a lot of victims in their path and now it's time we stand up to them.

Additional info 08/04/17

"Each time I made a payment Elite Marketing had me wire it to an address in Mexico. 8 different wires I sent through my bank, which is Chase Bank. Each time Chase Bank charged me a $50.00 wire fee. I have all of the transactions that I did with my bank in a file here at home along with all the emails and voicemails from this Alleged company."

  • Your company needs to do the right thing and give my wife and I our money back. You were suppose to be representing us but instead you chose to take our money and then not one single call from you again. You have done this with a lot of people but I will tell you that you have messed with the wrong person this time. I will not rest until I have either been paid back by your company or until a judge makes a ruling on this case!!
