"On Sept 1rst 2015 COAST DENTAL prepped my upper teeth for Crowns then during the process over filed a good tooth killing it leaving me in pain for nearly 2 months and they avoided my pain just saying it will go away, then the crowns came in for a horse twice, its Now Jan 1rst 2016 and I am living with all plastic cheap week temps on my upper teeth that have voids jeopardizing the health of the stubs , Corporate Office Lisa Rodriguez said they are not going to finish them, they were supposed to be done Oct 15th 2015, They will not return my $9535 I am severely PISSED, They lied in the service logs also did not log days I was there. I waited years and years to have my teeth fixed and now I am Living a night mare, WARNING COAST DENTAL WILL RIP YOU OFF EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!! Tags Dental, incompetent, teeth, fillings, crown repair, dental hacks, root canal, partials, corporate dental I am starting with 9535 reviews including press releases, I will crush this corporation so no others suffer. Coast Dental is a disgrace to public health, If the State of Florida has even a crumb of morals they would shut this Corporation down according to all the negative reviews, The same thing that happened to me, happened to so many others along with hundreds of other case types, I will be suing for damages/pain and suffering less the $9535 There may be need for complete upper teeth re construction fees included, this case involves much more major incompetence stated in a report."

  • As indicated in our initial response January 4, 2016 "In the absence of a HIPAA release signed and dated by the customer/client, we may not respond to any 3rd party. The customer/client is welcome to contact us, directly, to resolve. Thank you. "

  • I received a check Jan 24th 2016 for less amount than what owed but cannot accept with such a release of funds agreement, I signed a form to get my records in full detail of the work performed on my product at DDS Labs but when I went to Coast dental today to get the records they told me to leave immediately and without the detailed records I ordered, This is more grounds for more than one lawsuit against Coast Dental, keep it coming! I talked with DDS Labs technician and he told me the information I was aware of and need this in detail regarding the defective impressions that were delivered to them in September
