Claimant says:
"My problem is I was buying a truck from Central Auto Sales in Hot Springs AR I almost had it paid off less than 800 dollars ran in money issues so they came to pick it up while I was out state working I have no problem with that I was told that they would hold it for me until I could come pay for since my balance was so slow I talked to a account manager a day before I could come in an told her I would be in the next day with payment the manager told me that would not be a problem. The next day while i was at work the police showed up at my job an said we have warrant for your arrest I told them they had wrong person they my name II told them they said yes we have one I explained to them I dont get in trouble never been to jail so the officer stated just come with him so we can straighten it out so I did they they kept me til they did so when i got I called Central Auto Sales about my truck I was told it was there so I asked the price to pay in full they told me but couldnt release truck at the time could i call back Monday. I called Monday about paying for truck in full an this was a manager i never spoke an the manager stated my truck wasnt there it had been sold at auction i stated that i wasnt told that Saturday i have a couple friends work there been there for years so i ask both of them an both stated that my truck is still there then i stated i was told that it wasnt then again he stated im lookin at right now then took picture of it an it was my truck same dent same evrything the friend then said they do people like that all the time lie to them been a few with one payment left and it wasnt right people like an stated the owners said if anybody tells they would be fired do u think this right for a car lot to treat people like this i dont so already payin double an triple prices for cars then at end of payoff have a lil money problem with one or two payments left then come take it then the person comes to pay off an gets lied to about being sold at auction an friends of his that work there states its there an sends pictures and says its wrong but owners do that to people all time and puts cars back on lot an sale again at same price what you think"

Central Auto Sales strives to achieve and excellence in customer satisfaction and takes customer concerns with a great sense of urgency. All Federal and State regulations regarding contractual default and repossesion processes are compliant by Central Auto Sales. This claim should be considered closed by People Choice.
