Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am Bishop James Hadock: Bishop/Overseer the husband of the pastor Jerusalem Temple Fellowship Deliverance Apostolic, Inc. Church @ 402 Maultsby street, whiteville, NC. 28472 The pastor, Board members and myself had several pruchase agreements drawn up to purchase the property from Brian Hardee and his mother Veda bridgers that they refused to accept because Brian's reason were I don't want to have the property surveyed and you all don't pay for the property. So the pastor and the board members met and the board members talked about how much are they asking for the property. At the time Brian said make an offer and the pastor did. But Brain said on the phone $21,000.00 purchase price to be paid in the period of 3 years pluse $2,400.00 interest for the loan. The interest was paid in advance May 19,2012 and the first payment was February 5, 2013 the Lease with the Option to purchase. The church and pastor made 35 of the 36 payments to Brian's mother veda Bridgers. The reason we did not make the last payment is that a foreclosure notice for a hearing on January 13, 2016 for Brian Victor Hardee and any spouse of Brian Victor Hardee. The pastor sent the foreclosure hearing papers to Brian for the hearing and the letter was returned to the sender. Then the Pastor sent the foreclosure paper to veda Bridgers. The pastor, and some of the members went to the foreclosure hearing and found out that Brian owed $91.000.00 and had not paid on the loan since August 2014. Brian never told the pastor and church that he owed money on the property, and Brian has done the lady next door to us the same way she was buying the house. Brian has sent the Pastor of the church a bogus letter as well as the lady next door staying the they are deliqent in Payments which is not true. Brian frauded the out of money which is wrong. Brian breached the Lease with the Option to purchase."
