Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"December, 2012 I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Quality Hyundai in Branford, CT. On February 29,2016 it was traded in for a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid at RoundTree Ford in Swanzey, NH. RoundTree
paid the balance of the Sonata off. At this point I was told that I was entitled to the balance of the gap
insurance that I purchased. I should see the money in 4 to 6 weeks. That time passed and I received nothing.The business manager of RoundTree Ford again faxed the information to Hyundai. Still nothing was received. Again RoundTree tried to assist me with a call to Hyundai directly .It was learned that a check and the information associated with it was sent to  Quality Hyundai. I personally called Quality Hyundai and spoke with Marco. He stated he would look into the matter. It appears that issue is Quality Hyundai is no longer in business but is currently known as Brandfon Quality Hyundai in New Haven, CT.
I was told by Marco the dealership name change in September, 2016. It is now known as Brandfon Hyundai and is located in New Haven, CT.  Marco insists that it is not the same dealership. I am due an amount of $295.35 for the balance of the Gap insurance purchased with the Sonata. Any assistance would be greatfully appreciated. My name is Sandra MacLean, 123 meadow Rd. Apt. 4, Keene, NH. Phone number 603-499-8108. I will be awaiting a response."
