Claimant says:
"Contacted Home Advisor to get help with an air conditioning problem I was having on 7 Aug, 2016. They sent Area Wide Services. The technician arrived and spent about 15 minutes checking the unit only to tell me I needed a new unit at a cost of $5,000 to $9,000. Technician failed to check the coils on the condensor. Had local company come the next day to give me an estimate on a new unit. Technician checked the unit and said problem was dirty coils on Condensor and that I did not need a new unit, just the coils to be cleaned. He cleaned the coils and air conditioning unit is running perfectly. When I contacted Area Wide Services about a refund of the $255.00 I paid them, they sent me back half."
