Claimant says:
"Al the owner of Al's Earthmoving was identified by a neighbor who works for me. He saw this man dig up and load, a large amount of top soil from my property in rainbow park estates, put it in his dump truck, then use his tractor to smooth out the lot. He destroyed my lime rock drive hiding the bucket spills of top soil that confirmed the deed. When confronted about the missing soil and a request to replace and restore my lime rock drive he hung up on me. Al is a large heavyset man, balding....and drives a black dump truck with no identifying logo on the cab door. He was the only person aware of this top soil as he and I had a conversation about it when I hired him to do other work for me."

  • I have never owned a black dump truck. Mine is white with my company logo all over it. I hauled you some fill dirt. I don't know anything else. I never brought a machine to your property. You must have had someone else do work for you. This WAS NOT ME !!!!!!
