Claimant says:
"well already knew what the issue was however had the car towed to millennium to get it fixed,even though I knew that I would possibly be charged a diagnostic fee first thru knowledge I still proceeded to.

Now after they got the car I got a call, maybe a few days later, saying that the car needed a new motor and the price would be 7,000. to rebuild or 10,000. to replace...I knew that was not the issue so, my trust for them was pretty much out the door after being referred, so i did not agree with the fix...

Now this is where the problem begins. Now before they received the vehicle it did run you still could drive it, the only thing it would do is smoke a little, I choose not to drive it so i would not cause any more issues.....My lady went to the shop while I was at work to pay the fee for the test and for the tow to get the car home. But when the car came back and i got home later the car does not start and lots of the engine parts were all off and in the back seat (Another issue) did contact them and got very rude response.

I want the car back the way it was when they received it, truly don't trust them, refund for all and our kids an grandbabies sit in that now dirty stained seat that were clean and what about parts and screws and what ever else that's missing."
