Claimant says:
"America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses of Bolingbrook, IL. knowingly send me out of their store with prescription sunglasses were not right for my vision. Clerk advised me to wear them for 3 days to allow my eyes to adjust to the prescription in the glasses... And after 3 days if my eyes did not adjust to the glasses to call the store for a follow up and they would replace lenses at no additional cost to me.
I call back to the store and reported that my eyes did not adjust to the glasses and they informed me of their policy change that would cost me time and money to get the lenses changed.
I am unhappy and dissatisfied with their "bait and switch" business practice."
