"Online I purchased a bottle of 30 capsules of Forskolin Slim (for weight loss) from a company indicated on the enclosed receipt as Healthy Nutrition, 450 Hillside Dr. A-265, Mesquite, Nevada 89027. The order number on my printed receipt page was 4997925 (also indicated as the dept. number on the the enclosed purchase form). The order was placed on Sept. 30, 2014. This was advertized as the Sampler Package 'free trial' and the online website indicated a "money back guarantee". My online receipt indicated a price of $59. I have been taking the forskolin since it arrived. In the same packet I also received a bottle of 5-HTP 2000 (weight mgt. formula) which I did not order. This product was at supposedly $0 cost to the customer. I have not opened that bottle.
I called the number indicated on the enclosed invoice for Customer Service today to inquire regarding the return and money back guarantee. Unfortunately, I cannot find the original online website that I used to place this order. The customer service agent told me over the phone that only unopened bottles of the forskolin qualified for the money back guarantee. How can it be a 'free trial offer' if you do not open the bottle to take the capsules. Fortunately I did not order more than the one bottle.
Please advise if I can obtain my money back, or if there is any other agency (Better Business Bureau?) to which I should write.

  • I was contacted about the product "Caralluma." Supposedly the info was sent to me by a neighbor. I ordered the product, $48 for 2 bottles of the weight loss product with a Money Back Guarantee. I later learned my neighbor had not sent me the information - his address book had been hacked. Within the 30 period required for their guarantee to apply, I called the company. They stated they could only refund for "unopened" bottles - less $5.95 ea. for "Restocking." I disputed this vigorously and was transferred to a supervisor. Result was a 60% refund on the $48 purchase. Unsatisfactory but avoided the hassle of a return.

  • Changed my mind after ordering Caralluma supplement, returned the item and it took a month to receive a credit back on my account ( minus a $5.95 re-stocking fee ). I will never order anything from this so called company again. Spent lots of time on the phone with their " customer service reps. " who were less than helpful. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from this website.

  • I was ripped off too. Any very hard to deal with these people where money is concerned. To me they are a bunch of rip off artists.

  • I had a website sent from my best friends e.mail address so thought it was ok. It was NOT sent by my friend, so her e.mail address was fraudulently used by this company. I stupidly ordered three bottles of Caralluma tablets that were meant to be heavily discounted. This company took 129 dollars from my account £88.45 GBP PLUS said they were going to take a monthly direct debit from me for goodness knows what, of £9.45. No way would I have agreed to this. I have had to cancel my debit card and all the hassle this entails. I tried to re enter the web site to cancel everything, but it has been shutdown. My bank and Visa are now trying to get refund. I have today received the three bottles but wish to send them back, unopened, for full refund. Company so untrustworthy I cannot take tablets as who knows what's in them? Scammers.

  • Healthy Nutrition, AKA Complete Nutrition is not registered with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), however the BBB gives it an "F", failing rating due to over 101 complaints against the company. It is a scam! I got scammed by them for $48.
