Claimant says:
"I had auto insurance for 5-6 years with geico ins, never had any claims or accidents, one evening i was at albany ny shopping mall i was in the inter lane and was struck by a car i pulled over and the young girl driving was crying and all upset and said the truck driver waved her on to go she didn"t look for traffic in the inner lane and just went that's when she ran into me, she said her father was going to be mad i told her we don't need to call the police that way it won"t go against you she said alright i will pay for damages. I then went and got a estimate she refused to pay for damages she gave me her father's phone number i called him and he said send him the estimate, i did, i didn't pay to much mind to the estimate i sent him. 1 week later he called and said i sent him the wrong estimate i then looked at the copy i had and immediately run up to cole collision and showed the man he gave me the wrong estimate, he apologized and gave me the right one well i sent the right one to this man he then called me and was yelling on the phone you'll get nothing. he said i have a good friend of mine at Geico insurance that will see to it you don't get insurance, well the next month Geico insurance raised my auto insurance from 400.00 dollars to 1.800 dollars i called them several times no explanation. Then 2 months later i went to geico insurance in Colonie ny the man their called geico and when he got off the phone he told me that the man who daughter hit my car said to geico i was in jail for insurance fraud that this accident is a pattern. i said i never scammed any insurance co. and i was never,never in JAIL. well i got insurance from another ins co, and my insurance is 1.700 no matter who i call i'm on social security and have to have ins and a car it, is not right what geico is doing to me i don't know what they have when other ins companies check they come back with 1.700 it' not fair that geico puts false information about me. i hope you can help me as i can not afford the insurance i need.and i don't know where they get its a pattern because they know i never put a claim in."
