Claimant says:
"David Bergquist has been Noticed several times via Registered Mail and private electronic mail that he / his firm and employees are unlawfully delaying a Settlement Claim for my son and for four years have refused to release it.

By Law, any firm that utilizes Attorneys must provide any man or woman, private or public with their "Delegation of Authority" and F.A.R.A. Statements, when requested. Penalties for denying this request are substantial fines and possible Jail time. We have also requested their Oaths, Bonds and Liability Insurance Carriers information and that too, has been ignored.

As of today, no such disclosures, statements or Certificates have been provided although requested ten days ago. In fact, no response whatsoever has been forthcoming in any of the Registered Mailings or recent electronic communications.

The total Settlement amount is near Eleven Thousand dollars. The Interest over this period is now at $54k+++. Notices of Liability are being prepared to also Notify the State Supreme Court Chief Justice as well as the State Department of Justice and other parties as deemed appropriate."
