I had the same problem with Zach Henderson with his Midwest Area Properties, LLC. He keeps opening up new shell corporations to protect himself and continue his fraudulent business practices on unsuspecting new investors. I just received notification that he filed bankruptcy for Midwest Area Properties. I imagine he’ll be filing bankruptcy on his other LLCs. He needs to be thrown in jail!

I was previously a counterparty to a claim against Zach/Plutus and he made good. With that said, there are almost certain to be additional people who are pursuing claims. It may be advantageous to settle so that you are able to recover at least a portion of your lost capital.

  • The pomise note should stand in its entirety ,this compamy knows right from wrong and this is wrong. You owe this person this money and you as a company has lied to your customer. They have the proof of agreement and your company wont honor it so this makes me think that if you are avoiding this person then there is a whole lot more secrets that are being kept in this company.  At this rate you will be found out and you will loose a lot more than what your ompany bargain for .My verdict is deceitful and lies rendered
