Claimant says:
"I purchased a new air conditioning unit from Weirich Air about a year ago. They also installed it for us. Since day one, we have had nothing but problems with the unit and with their service. They have been out to my house at least a dozen times since the install. I have been without a/c and or/heat on multiple occasions. They supposedly have replaced multiple parts, been on calls with multiple techs and still have never repaired this new unit.
I sent them a note, letting them know that I would be having someone else come out to give me a second opinion on the unit. When the other company came out, they found all kinds of problems and their opinion is that it is all related to Weirich Air not properly taking care of the unit and mis-diagnosing the problems. I called Weirich Air to inform them of the problems and they told me that they were not going to take care of any of it and dared me to take them to court and then hung up on me. I was polite and cordial with them and they were nasty with me and down right unprofessional."
