Claimant says:
"On 6/08/2016 I purchased two gift cards for the amount of $50.00 each .One was a Mastercard #5040265422805432 and the other was a Darden resturant card #6104146690894656.When I purchased the cards the cashier whos name was Yvonne took the cards off their cardboard backings ,scanned them and handed me the cards without the backings along with my receipt.I wrapped them in the receipt and got into my car and put them in my wallet.When I got home I had the receipt but no cards.I called Wa Wa and they looked on their cameras and saw the girl hand me the cards and receipt and me wrapping them and getting in to my car.I have been calling Wa Wa for two weeks to no avail..They say they are not responsible because they are not Wa Wa cards.I say that if the girl had not taken them off the cards in the first place I wouldn't have lost them. Mastercard says Wa Wa is responsible because they got the money and none wants to take responsibility for reimbursing me with two new cards. Wa Wa says they are letting the Black Hawk Company which is in charge of these cards handle it but nothing is being done.I am 71 years old and on social security I bought one card for my granddaughter's graduation and the other for my daughter's 50 birthday.I live on a fixed income and I do not have the money to replace these cards.Now the graduation and the birthday have passed and they could of cancelled the cards with no problem and gave me new ones.I have the receipts with all the information which I gave them and I am out $$104.96. Please will you help me so I can still give my family the presents that I bought for them even though they will be late.Thank-you and God Bless

Carla Cavallaro 856- 768-1021. 124 White Horse Pike Chesilhurst N.J. 08089 I purchased the cards at store #416 Sicklerville on 06/08/2016 at 12:18 pm.The Corporate number for Wa Wa is 1-800-444-9292.Blach Hawk claims they are investigating the matter at the second level and I should hear something in a few days which has lead in to two weeks today. The case number Wa Wa has given me is #5624282"
