Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I received a phone call from at Customer Service Rep at this company a month ago who offered to sell me Duck Tape at $.99 per roll. My company uses DUCK Tape for all of its shipping. Instead we received DUCT tape for $13.43 per roll. Today I received an invoice for $335.66 for 25 rolls of tape that are still in the box and are going to be returned. I read several similar complaints at a web site called rippedoffreport. com.
Exact same experience with each small company."

  • Same experience here, only it took us 3 months before our small business realized what was going on. Scammed almost $2000.00 from us. They still call 2 years later trying to continue to send us junk product at extremely inflated prices. Also, they tell you there is no shipping fee but they slap you with a $96.00 handling fee! We are lucky we caught this as soon as we did, I'm sure there are many big companies that take years for their departments to come together and figure out what is going on. Awful that companies like this can continue to exist!

  • Just order stuff from these jerks whenever they call. Just don't pay. They ignore do not call lists and try to rip you off with excessive handling charges and inflated prices. If you don't pay what can they do?
