Claimant says:
"Mike Wallace has a business of Black top paving and I hired him to pave my driveway in June 7, 2015. My driveway was of concrete and was removed by Mr. Wallace's brother Lee Wallace and a small crew of 3. The base was very wet from years of water under the concrete so the driveway needed to dry. Well, it also rained during the drying time. Mr. Lee Wallace came to start the paving and the base was not ready. They laid a new base but it was not even and so the asphalt was with lines and quakes. The new driveway looked 5 years old. Mr. Wallace came back and told me that they would correct their mistake, which they did but it took a considerable amount of time. From the start, June 7, 2015 to November 11 2015. After number of phone calls to see when this project will get, I then filed a small claims complaint November 9, 2015 and February 16, 2016 the judge ruled in my favor. Since then Mr. Mike Wallace has not honored his default."
