Claimant says:
"I canceled my contract with Electronic Payments Services in March 2007. I have a fax record and phone call records stating this. They continued to bill my company -Fairwood martial Arts for services through a subsidiary of theirs titled FMPwarranty for $7.95 per month for the past 5 years + annual fees of $85.I recently discovered this when I was reviewing my bank statements with my banker. Since I had cancelled the account I did not look for any other fees coming through. I thought the $7.95 monthly charge was from my bank. When they said no, it was not I investigated and found it was still from this EPS company now billing me through FMP warranty. I have contacted them. First they said they did not recieve the fax. Then they said they had received it but it was blank. then another person said they received it but I had only cancelled the EPS account, not the FMPwarranty account. They said they had the authority to continue to bill me annually until 2020. They would shut it down as a courtesy. Iif I took any further action they would reinstall the account and bill me. They refused me access to any other supervisor. for the past 5 years I have received no services from them, yet they bill me."
