Claimant says:
"Chad contacted me in Oct. 2016---he represented a company called The Storm Chasers. He met with my ins. representative on 10-24- 2016. At that time State Farm gave me a check for roof damage in the amount of $ 4,112.45. Chad insisted on the entire amount then instead of half that I was more comfortable with. After many calls and some very rude conversations my roof was put on 4-27-17. There were many that were done before mine. Since then I have called and left messages regarding the warranty promised and he will not return any calls. I feel that he is took advantage of me. I am 82 years old and would like this to be settled. I have since found out no one else paid entire amount up front and he took advantage of me."
