Claimant says:
"Entered to an agreement ( August 8th, 2015) with Bay Harbor Associates LLC , 2032 Katherine St., Carthage, MO 64836, phone: 417-288-5570, believing that they had the capacity to form/write-up grants on my behalf to my financial benefit. I paid a some of $3,080 via my Visa Credit Card on August 8th 2015, under the guise that this payment helped allow them to work on and search four government grants for my financial benefit. Government grants promised were: a SR62(SS AGE) Senior Reserve Grant in the amount of $10,000; a HOA Home Owners Allocation Grant in the amount of #13,000; a CDR Grant for DEBTs in the amount of #17,000; and a V.S. Initiative Grant (for Vets) in the amount of $4,000. Total grant amounts to $47,800.
After some thought, I changed my mind and accordingly cancelled the agreement on the third day, August 11th, 2015 (time wise), via their phone contact number(s), records enclosed. Company has ignored me and I having heard anything from the SCAMMERS since.
Attaching copies of term and conditions papers(3 papers), Grant listing notes written via the phone conversations (3 pages), phone records (3 pages) evidencing initial transaction acceptance and cancellation calls rescinding the transaction.
Want my $3,080 return to me ASAP! An this business/vendor Identified as a SCAMMER."
