Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Went in on Jan 17. 2016 to buy a bed we were looking at one mattress but it was to much so the sales lady Beverly Leap ask us to try another kind which was a Diamond Ultra Plus so we did and we loved it . It took a whole month for it to come when it did come it was Feb 16,2016 When the guys was bring it in I told my daughter that it didn't look wright it took so long that I couldn't remember what it looked it so that night we went to bed and the next morning we knew that something was wrong my husband got up sore and I got up given worse then ever so we said that when we get off the night we will go back out to wolfs to make sure it was not us this was Feb 17,2016 . we went in and went straight back to the mattress to look and the ones that we ordered was wright there but that wasn't what we got delivered so we went back to the back to find someone and the lady told us to talk to a guy name Bret we told him what might had happened he looked a our paper work and he said everything looks right but we said this is not what we have at home he told us to take a picture of it and send it to his cell phone we told him that our phones didn't do that but we will get our daughter to do it but our daughter was at work and he said that he would let our sale lady know what was going on to so I took off work early the next day Feb 18, 2016 and went a brought film paper for our camera and took the pictures of the ones that we had in our home just like the guy told us to do the day before I went in to the store and went straight to the mattress and I could believe my eyes the ones that was there the night before was gone and the ones that I took the pictures of at our house was in front of me so I walked to the back to find someone and I ran into the sales lady she ask me how things were going I said to her you don't know and she said no what so I explain the hole story and she took me to the mattress and said these are the one you got and I said yes but they are not the ones we ordered the ones we ordered was here yesterday but they are gone she said no we haven't change anything in years and I said yes you do and again she said no we haven't and I told her I no I cant see that well but I no what I saw yesterday and I no what I am seeing now so she took me back to the manger to discuss that problem and she said the same thing that they haven't move anything in a long time I felt myself getting mad because I felt that they were calling me a lair so I said will be back with my husband tonight so I went out to my truck and called him and told him everything he said your joking right I said no he said let me call you back so I went home he call me back and said he talked to his boss and that he is on his way home and to meet him back out their at 3:45 because he was coming from Clarksburg Md so I left and I was their at 3:30 and when I looked up from reading something their he was so he flew up their we went in and went straight to the mattress and I showed him he was mad we went to the back to find the sale lady she was with another customer s we went back to the mattress and here she come with this smile on her ad saying to us that they didn't move anything and we knew that did from the night before she went and go the manger and we all were standing around the mattress arguing back and forth about moving them and my husband got mad and loud and said someone is going to do something with some other words and another lady came around and said you don't have to talk like that your I am calling the police he said go a head then a black guy came around I guess he was going to scare us and he said he doesn't move the mattress then at one point my husband point out to them that marks on the carpet where you could see where the beds was before and the black guy said he had to change a light the manger keep wanted to set up a time for someone to come to our house to look at them I said why they are going to say nothing is wrong with them but what is wrong is that we got the wrong set and she said no you didn't I looked at my husband and said lets go we aren't getting any were I said I guess we are stuck with something we don't like for a long time he look at the manger and said if this who you treat your returning customers and I said that's ok the word of mouth and face book and I will let my family and friends know what happen and we left. we got home and was getting ready to get something to eat when my phone rang and it was the manger and she ask me if I was home I said yes she said she was sending a truck to my house to pick up everything and she was going to fix it that we didn't owe anything I said ok so we waited and waited and waited then my phone rang again it was her calling back to say she couldn't get a truck but she could have a truck there tomorrow Feb 18, 2016 at 6:30 am or after 1:00 I said 6:30 was good so I took off Work because I didn't want it in my house any longer then it was I didn't want her to say I did something to it I even took pictures of it when the guys came I got it while all of this was going on we were sleeping on recliners in the front room the beds was used for one night then after we thought ever thing was over we get a bill in the mail on march 17, 2016 for the amount of $499.10. and it doesn't say what it is for my husband given called the credit card company when all this was going on and told them not to except and purchase from wolf furniture in Hagerstown md and they did any way. And the manger told us and it is on our paper work that we are not permitted in the hagerstown store was belligerent and cursed at sales associate made a scene but this bed was a$4646.32 and we didn't get what we tried the first time"

1. Credit: they sent us a bill for a delivery fee and a comfort exchange there wasn't a exchange it was a returned by the manger but they are claiming that we still owe it because we had sign the paper we had sign the paper for the mattress that we picked out NOT the ones that got delivered to us there for we shouldn't owe anything for one we didn't do anything wrong and the two they should have just told us that the manufactured changed it but they didn't Aug 01, 2016 $499.10

    Pay off the $499.10 that they are charging us for a delivery fee and a comforted exchange when their wasn't a exchange it was a return and the paper we signed was for the other mattress that we picked out not the ones we got.
