Claimant says:
"I ordered a Kent Euroclean Carpet Express C 4 Carpet Cleaning Extractor on July 16, 2015. I received a phone call from them the following day saying they were back ordered on that model and would be glad to ship me one that was the same but had a bigger motor. I told them if it was the same kind of machine that was ok. Upon receiving the shipment I discovered that what they sent was an model that would not work for our company. I called and requested that they ship me the model that I had ordered when they received them. They issued me a Fed Ex label to ship the model that I didn't want back. I have the paper work showing they received it. This is now 105 days later and I have not received my order. I have sent emails and I get no reply and have left messages on the phone but they have not returned the calls. At this point I need help. Thanks."
