Red Dot Storage purchased the storage company where I store my belongings.  Since then I have had nothing but problems.  
1.  They require you to let them take payments out of your checking account or you have to pay them $3.00 per storage unit for them to send you a bill. 
2.  I paid the amount due via postal mail but they took 15 days to process it so they put a lock on my storage unit until they posted my payment. 
3.  After they posted my payment they sent me a TEXT MESSAGE instructing me to go to the site, remove the lock and place it in their dropbox.   I did not put the lock there, it is not my responsibility to take it off.
4.  They are now requiring me to send them a copy of a renters insurance policy within 60 days or they will automatically bill me for one.
None of this was agreed upon when I signed up to store my stuff there. "
