Claimant says:
"I was charged over 500.00 for fuel I did not received. I keep everything documented and I also send in the natural receipt with the BOLs through Trip Pack. When I confronted my dispatcher (James Doroftei) about the matter at hand and even asked him to have someone from the payroll department to call me several times, but still neither a answer from him nor a call back from the payroll department. On another settlement I noticed a lot of deductions were taken out for: fuel from the settlement before the following week, double fees were taken out on: maintenance, trailer, insurance, registration, cargo securement and trailer lease. I reached out to the same dispatcher I am a signed to again at the over deductions and was given the run around and giggles in the background. That was when I told him (I will have someone reach out to him by the end of the week)."

  • Toma we just received this claim today and would like to request any documentation of the overcharge you are claiming of $500 because we do not see that anywhere on any of your pay statements. Also we request an understanding of where the claim of $3,000 is coming from. In order to resolve this we need to understand the amounts that you are claiming and where they are derived from. We are currently gathering all email, texts and phone records as well as pay statements and any other documents to gain a clearer understanding of this issue. To label us as committing crimes and bad business practices is not taken lightly as these are serious allegations that will be addressed accordingly.
