Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I was sent post cards which I paid for a total of 5000.00 dollars plus 5,000 dollars in postage and I was told I would make a lot of money the more cards that I sent out. well in 9 months I have only made 286.00 dollars so this guy is really a scam and ripoff artist. I want all of my money back. when I call joel for help he is not there because he is extremely busy to take my calls. I sent out 13,000 cards and have not had one god response at all."

I think your requested time recovery seems a bit high, but I agree on the recovery of the postage and cards. These things tend to be scams, like many other work at home programs. If you could make that much, they'd outsource it to a mailing firm. Sorry you had to experience this. Were there any representations made about how much you could earn? Any implied or explicated guarantees? If so, the FCC or FTC could get involved. Chances are lots of people have been harmed if they did this to you. I'd need to know more to make a concrete recommendation.
