Claimant says:
"I purchased a greendot moneypak card on 5/17/18, I put $100 on the card. When I tried to transfer the funds to my debit card it did not work. I went back to the retailer and explained what happened and was told to purchase a greendot debit prepaid card, I did and when I tried to transfer the funds, I was told I needed to get the greendot prepaid card with my name on it. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the greendot card to arrive, it took 4 weeks. When it finally came and I tried to transfer my $100 to the new card I was told there was no money on the greendot card.I called and no one could help me,no one knew where my $100 went to. I have all of my receits. I spent $5.95 for the greedot card plus $1.95 to buy the greendot debit card also to buy the greendot card I had to put $20 on the greendot debit card. I was able to use the debit card to retrive the $20.   Please help me to retrive my $100 Thank You Very Much  Larry Roberts (415) 535-5920"
