"dismissal to deaf i moved to 2409 leonard st apt 302 in april 5 2014 that apt and not good someone who lived before when i moved that apt really bad apt alike smell some place in apt alike dead wood or dead animals alike door in and out kitcken bathroom bedroom someof smell living room really bother me a lot so i kept tell my landlord to repairs this apt landlord said cant smell this my apt area and inored me im still complet why i got cold, bad headach ,cough, body not right , cant sleep keep smell not much eat also not really happy and i talk to my couslor name amy o bryan they gave to me about better business bureau to type to u anyway i complet someone who lived in leonard st arleady damage my skylark car 1996 that damage gas tank thread my car im still complet about this happen last summer time i would not happy no im want to help me to lot of prms with my landlord apt garage lot of problem that i lived here they push me a lot for pay rent something 164 something now up a change rent 621 for rent it not right i work pca at health stars 40hrs a weeks so last friday i spoke to my landlord name is marsha that amy told me dont sign this for change rent i told her landlord and andlord said if i wont sign the rent paper will be same 621 landlord push me and stress out i have no power over landlord so i arleady sign change rent also last year landlord push me for payee i sign for one month they lied to me payee till one years i should have finish 1 year till nov 2015 but still on payee for me dont like this push me think deaf dumb so im still dislike this i dont happy this apt area and who lived there and more 3 of womens keep looked my apt windows spy on me all the time call hacked if i home or what i doing in my apt kepp watch me in the apt window and alike hassing to me really not too happy im lot of stress lot lot i did talk to my couslor amy about this apt lot of prms around lot of rude or unprofessional behavior ,discrimintion,property damage or loss of my car skylark ,rude behavior because landlord and i hard commation bec im a deaf hard to understand this rude or push or dont care"

  • Landlord won't repair because can't afford this apt and landlord want me to sign for repairs to fix one of smell of sink I won't sign so I did video to landlord that I'm complete all of my apt are smell can't stand landlord won't repair all for my apt I'm get pissed off not doing nothing let u know disabled deaf people alike me no respect from me
