Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Trip Advisor will not remove a suspicious review by Jeff Boynton, who is a disgruntled x-employee of the restaurant and is attempting to destroy the reputation of the restaurant.

The review is Titled: If you value your credit card do not eat here:
The only reason I couldnt give this restaurant a lower score is becuase it's not an available option. Hopefully you can take this review I am writing as some friendly advice. In no way am I trying to be malicious towards the restaurant either but here is the experience I had with them.
I worked for Giuseppes (quite hard I might add) for about 3 years and had a great time doing so. When I had moved away for school I would frequently come in for beers and pizza. Until a few months ago when my wife and I had left and realized there was an unauthorized credit card charge for some smoking items from a shop in Amsterdam. The charge was for about $200. So natuarally I got the police involved and told them the only place I had used the card was at Giuseppes and nowhere else. So long story short, I got my money back. No harm done. But it didnt end there! Last night my wife and I went to Giuseppes for dinner (with cash in hand this time) and Julie the owner recognized me and pulled me aside and told me that she did not fell comfortable serving me and my wife and advised us to leave the property or she was going to call the police. I immediatelty knew what this was about. So I proceeded to yell at the top of my lungs, to all the customers, if you value your credit cards dont use them here because Julie's employees are scumbags. So I urge all of you to reconsider your dining experience. If you would like some other great restaurants to try, might I suggest Mame's or Lago that are right next door. Hopefully the same thing that happened to me wont happen to you.
