Claimant says:
"I purchased a watch from Daniel Steiger and purchased the 10 year warranty. The watch malfunctioned after 9 years and 11 months. Called them on the toll free number and explained my situation. They gave me a repair order to send the watch under warranty to Daniel Stieger in Florida. Cost me $25 to have them fix the watch. After 3 months I called them yesterday March 15, 2017 and they told me to pick out a new watch and they would send it to me. I did. Then about an hour later they told me that the watch was out of warranty. Which at the time I called was not. They refused to send me the replacement after they had given me the authorization number to have it fixed or replaced. Not only am I out of money spent for the watch but the totally a dishonest company. I purchased many items from them over a 15 year period never had a problem, and now that I did the did threw this dirt on my and did a complete U-Turn on their promise. Do not purchase anything from Daniel Stieger they do not value their customers and do not uphold their warranty or extended warranty that I paid for."
