Claimant says:
"Started out they fixed my connection problems with my printer but not completely, Tried selling me security for my computers relentlessly. Did not purchase the security. Never tried fixing my two other computers that I had paid for. Called me back 4 months later and said that the microsoft security update hadn't been updating for the last month. They logged onto my computer and showed me Trojans and heartbleed virus on my computer and Nigerian computers connected to my computer. Wanted me to connect to my bank account to see if my balances were ok. I DID not. They wanted me to purchase internet security for $ 1,799.00 which I did not. Reduced it to 499 for 3 years. I did not. The lady was very unpleasant with I told her I was not going to use my computer any longer because I thought it was compromised. She became irate. I believe it was a scam to begin with. I was connected to them when I was looking for help to resolve my computer problems. They have not contacted me back when I told them to refund my initial 399."

  • They called me on Thanksgiving and I called them back today the 28th. They said I been scammed by someone other than them. I was passed between 3 people and the last lady wanted to give me less then the 399.99. They need to pay back the full amount, because they are the scam.
