Claimant says:
"Ford dealership was to find out what was wrong with motor..They did not run a diagnosis test instead they ordered parts put them on said the truck was done picked it up ran worse than it did when we took it there...Ford said take it back..We did...They said they ordered the wrong parts ...After them ordering them the second time they said it was finished so we picked our truck up...Still not running right..So we took it to another mechanic and they ran a diagnosis on it and found out...First the parts that Ford out on was not connected plus the cylinder was bad and needed a new engine NOT new parts.  Called Ford dealership back and will not give money back...The truck has been down since 3/1/2017 because of a simple check the Ford dealer should of did before ordering and charging...."
